The scheme seeks to wrap the units around a shared landscape that has a large childrens playspace at its centre, a community space that opens onto this playspace and wide access decks that encourage neighbourliness. The tall volumes were pulled away from the existing residential neighbours to be a good neighbour and avoid blocking out their light !
