3|10 Studio have now submitted a planning application for works to the rear of a Georgian cottage on Beaver Row in Donnybrook, Dublin. 

The proposal includes for a sensitively scaled rear extension to provide a family sized bathroom, kitchen, dining and living space to the existing cottage.
