Re-modelling of a grade II listed arts and crafts home

3|10 Studio were commissioned to undertake the extensive re-modelling of the interior of Neuadd Wen, a Grade II listed Arts and Crafts home in Wales. 

Built in 1926 by Herbert Luck North (1871-1941), an outstanding proponent of the Arts and Crafts style, Neuadd-Wen is part of 'The Close', a collection of detached homes near Conwy, North Wales. 

Listed building consent was awarded for sensitive amendments to the internal planning, to allow the home to better accord with the nature of modern family life and open up to the outstanding views of the Menai Strait to the North.

3|10 studio were later invited to undertake similar works to a neighbouring property also designed by Herbert Luck North, on the same close.
